Will this affect the level of software quality, customer service, or support I receive from Validaide? 

​No. Your current level of software quality, service, and support remains unchanged. â€‹

Validaide and SkyCell both operate to high standards for product reliability, quality, and customer support. This alignment allows us to invest additional resources and capabilities across the Validaide platform, while maintaining the stability and service you rely on today. Our priority remains delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes for your teams. 

 

Who is my primary contact? 

For now, please continue working with your existing Validaide sales and customer success contacts.​

As changes to account ownership or customer success management may occur in the future, you will be informed directly by your primary contact and introduced to your new counterpart. Our priority is to ensure clarity and continuity in communication at all times. 

 

How will I be informed of future updates or changes? 

We are committed to clear and proactive communication.​

Any changes that may affect your account, support model, or commercial relationship will be communicated directly to you by your primary contact. In addition, we will continue to share relevant updates through our usual Validaide and SkyCell customer communications and newsletters. 

 

How can I learn more about Validaide and SkyCell capabilities? 

Your Validaide contact can support you with information relevant to your current needs. 

 

If I buy from Validaide or SkyCell, should I do business with one firm or the other now?  

Please continue working with your current primary contact at Validaide that will inform and introduce you to your new contacts for new sales, renewals and customer success.  Your contact will be able to answer your questions regarding product, services and support as well as provide insight on our integration.​

In addition, we are updating the Validaide website to reflect the broader scope of the platform and its evolving capabilities. This update is planned for April and will provide a consolidated view of how Validaide supports planning, operations, and ecosystem collaboration. 

 

Will my contract change? How will renewals be handled? 

​All current contractual agreements continue as agreed. Changes or amendments will be discussed with you directly and in advance. For any questions related to contracts or renewals, please contact your current Validaide representative. 

 

What will happen with my data?

Your data remains processed by Validaide according to our Privacy Policy & to your contract agreement. For instance, confidential data generated in the platform will only be shared internally with your consent, for instance technical support requirements.
